What you'll be doing: * Supervise and lead the Sales Team across our 3 locations, coaching them to achieve sales goals * Develop and monitor sales tactics such as canvassing and referrals * Lead the sales side of the Sales to Production Handoff and oversee the intake process * Set the Gross Profit Margin for the year * Set all Sales Goals, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly * Monitor industry trends and adjust goals, sales tactics and pricing as required * Develop sales training programs and onboard all new sales team members * Approve commission eligibility * Discuss opportunities for professional development * Conduct annual performance reviews * Ensure sales goals are met through reviews and ride alongs * Maintain an understanding of contract information You are: * Highly organized and efficient with time management * A "Lead from the front" person * ARoofing and Construction professional ready to hit the next level * Team oriented * Decision-making and problem resolution skills * Strong follow-up skills required * Customer service orientated * Capable of handling multiple projects / tasks at one time * Strong track record of accomplishment and promotion * Highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships * Ability to set ladder and climb roofs * Strong command of knowledge about both Residential and Commercial Roofing Roof US is an award-winning company that partners with clients to meet their roofing needs through modern style and function.
