We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer who is creative, self-motivated, results driven and a strategic thinker! Excellent benefits are provided, including: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) AND 401(k) with company match * Paid time off, including vacation, paid sick leave and holidays * Tuition reimbursement plan that pays 100% of continuing education expenses * Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance with an employer funded HSA * Fully paid life insurance and disability protection plans Responsibilities of our Sales Engineer: * Increase sales by developing new relationships, increasing market share and penetrating new markets for custom formwork * Work with existing customers to understand future needs for our products and services * Review contract plans to develop scope sheets that will be used for quote generation * Develop accurate and timely quotations * Work aggressively to turn every quote into a sale * Provide technical assistance and conduct technical presentations as needed to architects, engineers, and contractors * Travel to tradeshows or customer sites as needed Qualifications for our Sales Engineer: * Bachelor degree in a technical field such as civil, mechanical, or architectural engineering required * Sales experience required, including experience within the construction industry * Strong mechanical aptitude * Outstanding attention to detail * Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills * Computer proficiency required.
