We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As a Day & Night Inside Sales Representive, your objective is to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process to help in the achievement of departmental goals. What You Will Do * Conduct outbound calls for all unsold estimates. * Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our state-of-the-art CRM system. * Collaborate with field personnel and department managers to optimize appointment-setting strategies. Who You Are * Ambitious self-starter- this is a highly compensated sales position. * Strong communication skills both verbal and written. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. * Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism. * Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
