Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team selling into the orthopedic and podiatric device space. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products. This position requires a blend of outside sales experience and the ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical products. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using Office software tools. * Participate in training sessions and leadership meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Familiarity with conducting product demos that engage potential customers. * A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
