We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is integral to the growth of Progress Pharmacy, as it focuses on onboarding new accounts and re-engaging existing accounts to maximize their potential. The BDR will work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure a seamless sales process and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities * New Account Onboarding : Proactively identify and onboard new accounts, ensuring they receive comprehensive support during the setup process to foster a positive start with Progress Pharmacy. * Account Development : Re-engage with existing low-performing accounts, understand their needs, and provide solutions to increase their purchasing activity. * Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored product recommendations that align with their goals. * Collaboration with Inside Sales Team : Partner closely with the Inside Sales team to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to account management. * Sales Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities within assigned territories or account lists, focusing on increasing product adoption and order frequency. * Customer Support : Act as a resource for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with Progress Pharmacy's products and services. * Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to provide valuable feedback that informs sales strategies. * Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals using CRM tools. * Experience and Qualifications * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs. * Proficiency in CRM software (Sales Force) and other sales tools is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving independently. * Proficient in Microsoft office. * High school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Job Type:* Full-Time Pay/ Compensation: $20 - 25/hour Benefits: * Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision * Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm Work Location: In-Person at our West Palm Beach, FL location.
