Position Overview The Sales Account Manager is responsible for expanding Property Craft's market presence by developing business-to-business partnerships, executing marketing strategies, and increasing sales revenue. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused approach to drive customer engagement and generate new client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through relationship building, strategic outreach, and execution. * Identify and secure business-to-business agreements with key industries, including medical, education, and commercial properties. * Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and professional association meetings to promote Property Craft's services. Qualifications Required: * Over two years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the service industry. * A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Capable work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel as needed. * Proficient in business software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. * A valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for work-related travel). Preferred: * Experience in the restoration, property management, or service industry. * Marketing experience (social media, digital campaigns, or event planning). * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
