The ideal candidate is someone who: * Is energetic, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment * Has previous leadership experience in sports, academics, student government, or mentorship * Loves engaging with people and providing top-tier customer service * Has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a team * Is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to a growing organization As a Sales Team Lead, your daily responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with product selection and providing product knowledge * Providing a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns * Collaborating with the team to meet our goals, such as sales and customer satisfaction targets * Coordinating with the team to ensure all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently * Assisting in the creation of sales reports, presentations, and other customer-facing materials * Helping organize and execute sales campaigns and promotions * Managing product and service information to ensure all client-facing materials are up to date * Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers * Supporting the sales team in meeting revenue and sales targets * Troubleshooting and resolving issues for clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Education and Experience Requirements for the Sales Team Lead: * High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) * Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or a similar environment is a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment * A team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic If you are passionate about customer service and want to be part of a dynamic team, apply today for the Sales Team Lead position!
