In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the executive with administrative duties, and customer relations. building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organization. Responsibilities * Input data into are CRM on a regular basis, * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Develop relationship with new clients * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, * input contracts and estimate for our clients to secure profitable deals. * Participate in industry events luncheons, etc. * Assist with preparing estimates for customers . Skills * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Ability to learn and operate our customer relationship Management (CRM) software, and accounting software . * Good organizational skills * project management skills .
