RESPONSIBILITIES: This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Top Real Estate team in Utah. We provide agents the tools to find the most up to date information to help buyers and sellers during the real estate sales process in any market. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM AGENTS: * Prospecting 3+ hours a day having at least 20 conversations a day. * Follow our proven process and model. * Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM. * Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM & Technology platforms. * Provide sellers following our proven listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested listing price. * Team players to establish long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented leaders and agents. Qualifications * Currently licensed in real estate * Can handle high levels of rejection * Have income goals of $200K+ * Preferably experience in high-level outbound phone / callcenter experience * Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone * Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * 100% commission * Commission only * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: In person
