compensation: $1,200.00 BASE SALARY PER MONTH PLUS COMMISSION. employment type: full-time MOTORCYCLE SALES ASSOCIATE Position includes base salary plus commission with the potential to earn additional performance based bonuses. Before reading further, do these words describe you? - Motivated - Self-Starter - Highly Energetic - Results Driven - Competitive ONLY MOTORCYCLE ENTHUSIASTS SHOULD APPLY Key Result Areas - New and Used Motorcycle Sales - Exceptional Customer Service Position Description - Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager - Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products - Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits - Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands - Maintain the computerized inventory control system - Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork - Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items - Introduce new customers to the service, parts, general merchandise and F&I departments Qualifications & Job Requirements - Proven track record in a selling environment - Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base - High energy level - Excellence communication skills and demonstrated "closing skills" - Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership - Must pass background test - Must have clean driving record with in 3 years - Must pass drug screen - Must have motorcycle permit or endorsement once hired Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
