Responsibilities * Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or renters * Assist clients in determining the value of properties they want to sell * Guide clients through the process of purchasing or selling properties * Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations * Communicate effectively with clients, other agents, and service providers * Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions Experience * Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred * Knowledge of real estate administrative processes * Understanding of real estate law and regulations * Strong organizational skills * Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
