REPORTS TO: National Director of Sales, Jordy Fox About Heritage: HERITAGE is a fast-growing, leading nationwide general service contractor and event production company specializing in creating innovative environments that foster meaningful face-to-face connections. Position Overview: The Sales Support Coordinator role is focused with supporting our sales department and team members in growing, identifying and targeting new prospective customers. This goal is expected to be achieved through research, database management and close collaboration with both national and middle market team members. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Management: Sales lead management update and sync with Salesforce - western region. * Lead Lists: Manage lead lists weekly and update new lead additions to all CVC listings. * Social Media: Oversee social media postings for Heritage and engage Heritage team with relevant postings to increase brand awareness and growth. *Prospecting & Research Potential Leads: *Sales lead research ? identify new opportunities not listed on CVC or marked as confidential and share with assigned sales team member. * Team Reporting: Ensure follow-up and regular monitoring and reporting to Jordy and Amy Heller weekly of sales team efforts and task/target progress by individual. * Prospecting: Prospecting and management of overall venue, customer, vendor, and industry contacts and database nationally by market. * Profile Maintenance: Maintain CVC Heritage profiles for all cities where we have a membership. * Industry Events: Identify, communicate, register, share, and attend industry event opportunities in the western region with sales team. * Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral for handouts. * CSR Role: Perform CSR role on currently scheduled events and possible future events during our busy period. * Phone Support: Answer phones as needed. Qualifications: * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity. * Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively. * A proven track record in sales, preferably in the event or trade show industry. * Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools * Marketing and photoshop * Customer Care techniques providing industry leading service * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong Research skills * Experience in managing social media accounts * Ability to deliver clear and concise updates to leadership * Proven track record in managing multiple projects and tasks * Deep familiarity with Salesforce Physical Requirements: * Frequent periods of sitting, standing, and walking. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
