Position Summary: To meet or exceed sales quotas by selling approved products at optimal prices while providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience to drive company sales and profitability. * Essential Job Functions: * Actively pursue customer sales in the assigned area(s) and selected customer accounts and to open new accounts. * Respond to bid requests promptly. * Provide excellent customer service. * Provide any required records/paperwork in a timely manner. * Assist in the collections of monies from delinquent accounts that are assigned to you. * Take on additional responsibilities as assigned while actively participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and professional growth. * Showroom/retail work hours is a requirement of this position. Job Requirements: * High school diploma required. * College degree preferred. Experience: * 3 years previous outside direct sales experience required. * Commercial kitchen equipment and/or restaurant experience preferred * Auto Quotes knowledge and use. Excel, Windows, and Google Workspace helpful. * Bilingual/Spanish is required for this position. Base salary and commission eligible. Monday - Friday 8AM - 5AM. This is a sales, salaried exempt position. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, and 401(k) matching.
