Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while effectively communicating in both English and another language. Your ability to handle outbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls. * Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish. * Utilize computerized systems to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with potential customers. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions. * Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services during calls * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Requirements * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. * Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. * Ability to navigate computerized systems efficiently for data entry and record keeping. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
