Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations, and will be skilled in sales and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they can better serve our diverse clientele. Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the real estate process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments. * Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and marketing materials. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. * Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. * Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly. * Manage property listings on various platforms and coordinate open houses or showings. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property management activities. Qualifications * Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred. * Strong knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and administrative processes related to real estate transactions. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A valid real estate license is required; additional certifications in related fields are advantageous.
