Job Description We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Representative to join our team. We are a well-established independent insurance agency that was started in 1978, located in Williamsville NY. Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour * Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off * Responsibilities This role services, manages, and maintains personal lines insurance accounts. Processes new and renewal business and is responsible for an established book of accounts.Process changes on policies, responds to billing questions, and provides superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be a true self- starter with a desire to learn, detail orientated with an outgoing friendly personality. Requirements Qualified candidates will have * 2+years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience as a CSR or Account Manager * NYS Property & Casualty License Preferred * Exceptional Customer Service Skills * Experience with AMS-360 preferred but not required * Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy * PC proficiency, including MS Office * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times Company Description Our insurance agency is dedicated to providing its employees a warm, friendly work environment.
