Compensation: $100,000+ Responsibilities: * Attend in-depth training sessions with the Gogan Team to develop and improve skills and knowledge * Efficiently utilize provided leads to successfully close home sales * Dedicate efforts to grow and diversify client base within the initial year * Improve communication skills to effectively guide buyers and sellers * Perfect the Buyer Presentation and deliver it professionally to clients * Generate purchase offers for buyer clients to streamline the closing process * Manage and nurture the customer pipeline effectively * Communicate with buyers and sellers to grasp their home preferences and locate suitable properties * Consistently follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities * Engage with clients to identify their ideal home requirements and align them with suitable properties Qualifications: * Must have a willingness to adapt to new technologies, practices, and systems * Positive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and genuine manner * Holds a valid Real Estate license or is actively working towards obtaining one * Demonstrates determination and readiness to invest effort * Self-motivated and capable of working independently * Proficient in utilizing technology * Displays a team-player mindset and willing to support colleagues * Available for training sessions during the week About Company The Gogan Team is a quickly growing team specializing in Naples, Bonita, and Estero, Florida.
