Responsibilities * Graduate from our PLACE Agent Launch: Master the skills needed to thrive in today's market, our current launch program is averaging 3 closed or pending transaction with new agents and 9 for seasoned ones. * Work with Buyers & Sellers: Master our proven systems for buyer presentations, offers, and listings. Become a local expert and help clients navigate the market successfully. Become a student of the industry. * Lead Generation & Open Houses: Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours a week to talking with potential home buyers & sellers, conduct open houses monthly, and actively participate in team activities. * Continuous Learning & Growth: Engage in weekly coaching, training, and partner calls. You excel in establishing connections, understanding the needs of others, and finding the right solutions. You thrive in prospecting and generating leads. Overcoming challenges and objections is second nature to you. You possess excellent communication skills. You are eager to develop both personally and professionally.
