Key Responsibilities: * Recruit, Lead, Train & Motivate a team of high-performing sales professionals. * Generate New Business : Oversee outbound sales efforts and grow our customer base. * Set & Exceed Sales Goals: Establish goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets and surpasses quotas. * Sales Performance Coaching : Provide guidance to help your team improve and close more deals. * Manage Inventory & Displays: Ensure our new and used vehicles are displayed optimally, both in the lot and online. * Customer Relationship Management : Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure we exceed manufacturer CSI standards. * Maintain a Positive Work Environment : Foster an atmosphere of collaboration, motivation, and achievement. * Stay Ahead : Keep up with the latest trends in the automotive industry and apply best practices. What We 're Looking For: * Experience : Minimum 2+ years as a Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive environment. * Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage both sales and finance teams. * Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRMs like Tekion, CDK, and Route One preferred. * High-Volume Success : A history of success in high-volume dealerships.
