Real Estate Sales Consultant - No Sphere of Influence Necessary * RealPro Real Estate Consultants* is seeking 1 -2 motivated real estate professionals to handle leads in Naples, Estero, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, specific Fort Myers neighborhoods, and Sanibel who are ready to build a sustainable, high-income real estate career. This full-time opportunity is ideal for agents who want a steady stream of premium, exclusive leads to build their businesses along with professional coaching to convert them into closings, without needing a personal network or sphere of influence. Our proprietary lead generation provides a steady source of continued leads from inquiring buyers and sellers. No cold calling here. You will only work leads ready to buy or sell now to 6 months. Compensation: $65,000 - $168,000+ Responsibilities: * Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads * Work with company-provided inbound leads (buyers and sellers) * Schedule and conduct client consultations * Guide clients through the entire home-buying or selling process * Stay informed about local market trends and financing options * Write and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients * Implement our proven systems and follow-up strategies * Attend training and participate in coaching sessions to continually improve skills Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills About Company RealPro Real Estate Consultants offers a proven buyer lead generation and conversion system to its real estate consultants. The Broker / CEO, Rick Bengson, is a 25+ year real estate broker veteran, having personally sold over 850 homes. He sold a previous technology company to ShowingTime in 2017. He is the co-author of the book "BluePrint for 100 Deals" (the systems and technology to sell 100 homes year after year). He is also a former general contractor developing spec homes, custom homes built to suit, and several condo conversion projects. You will work directly with Rick and V.P. Troy for training, coaching, goal planning, and mentoring.
