The successful candidates will be responsible for the daily needs of the company's clientele, including ensuring clients are satisfied with their products or services. We are looking for candidates with exceptional people skills and an ability to provide exceptional customer service. The position requires a commitment to delivering world-class service and exceptional skills in handling incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries. Responsibilities: * Answer customer questions about the company's products and services. * Present new Products To Customers * Prepare and maintain documentation for customers. * Answer customer questions about their accounts. * Relay customer information to other departments as needed. * Effectively communicate with customers in person, on the phone and in writing. * Answer customer questions about financial products. * Coordinate activities with co-workers and third parties.
