Overview: The Account Manager Team Leader provides a high level of support to team members, including Account Coordinators and Account Managers within the Commercial Lines department. What You'll Do: * Ensures accuracy of account information for new and renewal polices and endorsements. * Audits for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages and signatures. * Provides oversight and assistance to support staff members. * Maintains accounts and activities per Agency procedures. * Serves as a mentor, positive role model and trainer to staff. * Performs annual Employee Performance Appraisals for team members. * Resolve Employee Relations issues with assistance from Human Resources and Senior Management. * Other duties as assigned.
