Job Title: HVAC Field Technician Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected Hours: 35 - 45 per week What You 'll Do: * Serve as a trusted, client-facing professional while tackling complex on-site HVAC repairs. * Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems with precision. * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. * Clean and service HVAC units to ensure peak performance. * Manage inventory, track job costs, and handle invoicing for your assigned projects. * Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional. * Maintain accurate maintenance records using a smartphone for dispatch and company communication. * Take ownership of your company vehicle and uphold a polished appearance.
