Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and restocking items as necessary. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that displays are visually appealing. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash registers. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Experience in grocery store settings is a plus but not required. * A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the customer experience. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
