Real Estate Agent Assistant Location: Eagle & Boise Offices, Idaho (In-Person, Full-Time) Reports To: Top Producing Global Real Estate Advisor Overview: Group One Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to serve as an Executive Agent Concierge. This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support, agent services, client care, marketing coordination, and real estate transaction management. You'll work side-by-side with a top producing agent to ensuring a white-glove experience from first contact to closing. Key Responsibilities Agent & Client Support: * Serve as the right hand to a top producing agent, managing calendars, email, travel, and calls. * Plan and coordinate client appreciation events and monthly touchpoints. Transaction & Listing Coordination: * Manage transaction timelines and documentation from listing to closing for buyers and sellers. * Schedule property showings, inspections, staging, cleaning, and photography. * Prepare listing agreements, disclosures, MLS entries, and ensure signage/lockbox placement. * Draft MLS descriptions, brochures, and seller reports. Marketing & Presentation Support: * Prepare Pre-Listing and Listing Presentations, including CMAs. * Support marketing launches, open houses, social media content, and branding tasks. * Strong Social Media knowledge, strategy and implementation. * Capture and organize listing and event media for ongoing digital campaigns. Operations & Administration: * Utilize tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MLS, CRM systems, Zoom, and cloud platforms for daily task execution. * Build and manage spreadsheets, reports, and presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote). * Support AP/AR documentation and expense reconciliations. Qualifications * Preferred but not required: Active Idaho Real Estate License * 2+ years in real estate support, client services, or executive admin role * Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite * Strong written communication and copywriting skills * Comfortable with discretion, confidentiality, and fast-paced environments About You * Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver * Communicates with confidence and clarity, both verbally and in writing * Proactive, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment * Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new platforms and processes * You have a people-first mentality and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed Join a brand synonymous with luxury service, innovation, and excellence.
