The Saunders Firm -- Atlanta, GA Hybrid Position: Blend of Remote and In-Office Work We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their legal journey. Key Responsibilities: * Client Intake and Consultation: Serve as the firm's first impression--conduct initial consultations, assess potential clients' legal needs, and gather necessary case information. * Lead Qualification and Conversion: Educate prospective clients about our services, address inquiries, and convert qualified leads into clients through effective follow-up. * Case Management Coordination: Work closely with attorneys to ensure a seamless transition from intake to client onboarding. * Client Relationship Management: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive relationship with clients throughout the intake process. * Data Entry and CRM Management: Accurately document client information, interactions, and track leads in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records. * Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly intake and conversion goals, contributing to the firm's growth objectives. * Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
