Join Our Team at Pella of Idaho! We're excited to announce openings for Direct Marketers at all experience levels to canvass local neighborhoods and engage with current and potential customers about Pella products and services. This position involves canvassing neighborhoods throughout the greater Treasure Valley area using your personal vehicle. Whether you have experience in canvassing, sales, or face-to-face marketing, or not, we want to hear from you! We welcome applicants with no experience for the Direct Marketer role to apply and embark on an exciting new career adventure with built-in fast-track hourly promotions and amazing opportunities for immediate advancement. We also welcome applicants with prior experience to apply for this position, for our Direct Marketing Specialist role, we do require prior experience in one of these fields or a transferable field, offering a higher pay rate. Schedule, Pay, and Benefits: * Full-time: Monday - Friday * Entry-Level Direct Marketers: $18-$20 hourly plus unlimited potential to earn $25 or more hourly with uncapped bonus and commission plans * Experienced Direct Marketing Specialists: $22.00 hourly plus bonus and commission, potential to earn $30-$40 hourly with uncapped bonus and commission plans * Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, supplementary benefits, Daily PTO accrual, 10 paid holidays plus an additional holiday of your choice, 401k with employer match We provide paid on-the-job training through our Pella methods and offer a supportive atmosphere to propel your growth within the company. What You Will Be Doing: * Weekly Meetings: Attend meetings at our Eagle office to discuss plans and results. * Customer Engagement: Approach homeowners to discuss their window and patio door needs, generating leads through door-to-door outreach. * Appointment Setting: Set appointments with customers for our Design Consultant team to provide in-home consultations.
