This role involves pipeline management, follow-up calls, sales team support, agreement reviews, and budgeting. * Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities * Understand client needs and provide expert advice on suitable IT products and services * Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities * Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities * Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the IT industry * Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Associate's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred Cultural Fit: We are a family-owned business that values accountability, professionalism, and individual growth.
