Lifestyles Realty Georgia, INC is seeking single-family and multifamily investment sales specialist who are driven individuals and are interested in joining an active team in our new locations. Job Description *Present & sell investment opportunities to Real Estate Investors, provided by firm. *Negotiate contracts and possess knowledge of the process through to closing. *Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment. *Identify investment opportunities within the market. *Understand and prepare underwriting packages for investment real estate. *Demonstrate Professional and Technical Competencies to include: Ability to work independently and stay motivated along with strong work ethic. Posses real estate competency.
