Full description of the position

BENEFITS: 4-day work week (TUE-FRI 8:30a-5p) with paid Mondays off Competitive base salary ($18-$30 / hour DOE) Holiday and vacation pay RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a current Idaho Property & Casualty Insurance License People-oriented Dedicated to customer service Proactive in problem-solving Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal, written Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Visit us at robertlink.com
