Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our staff and clients, and supporting our Cleveland sales team in growing and maintaining our customer base. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to effectively address a wide range issues and enhance staff and customer experience. Duties * Perform general office IT maintenance and troubleshooting, including resetting the office network, connecting new devices, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. * Serve as the primary contact for our Cleveland sales team. * Maintain and grow relationships with current customers. * Communicate leads and sales strategies to gain new customers. * Assist with other office duties as needed. * Perform some physical labor, mostly on Saturdays, including lifting boxes up to 80 lbs and moving pallets with the aid of pallet jacks. * Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally. * Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues * Coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and maintenance schedules. Qualifications * Proven experience in an IT support or coordination role is preferred. * Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing solutions that meet user needs. * Familiarity with sales processes is a plus, as it aids in understanding client needs better. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information and customer orders clearly. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in office software and IT systems. * Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate pallet jacks.
