As a Window and Door Sales Representative at this very well established window and door company, you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales activities. You will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, present our product offerings, and close sales deals. Your role will involve seeking growth in sales of windows, doors and installations in Palm Beach and surrounding Counties, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to the completion of the project. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone to discuss their window and door needs. * Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our window and door products, including features, benefits, and installation processes. * Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual customer needs. * Proposal Development: Create detailed and accurate quotes for customers, including pricing, product options, and installation services. * Sales Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. * Account Management: Follow up with customers to address any questions or issues, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions. Qualifications * Experience: 1+ years of sales experience in the window and door industry or a related field preferred. * Must have experience with impact products such as PGT, CGI, WINDOOR, ANDERSEN. Please send resume. * Age Requirement: Ideal candidates will be in their 20s or early 30s with some relevant sales experience. * Skills: * Strong sales and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to understand and articulate technical product information. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF editing. * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
