Come join us at Lourdes Noreen-McKeen Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Senior Care community sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1960. We are seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Independent and Assisted Living Community. * Full-Time. * $75K annual Base Pay + Commission on new move-ins + Quarterly Retention Bonus. Sales and Marketing Manager Introduction: This role works to increase awareness of Lourdes-Noreen McKeen through various marketing strategies to increase admissions to its Independent and Assisted Living community, with the goal of maintaining budgeted levels of occupancy; Manages leads and sales through the prospect tracking system; Responds to inquiries and walk ins; maintains referral networking by actively building relationships with prospects and residents. Sales and Marketing Manager Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. * At least 3 years of Senior Living related sales experience. Sales and Marketing Manager Job Summary: * Receive walk-in/call-in visitors and use CRM software systems to identify and contact leads, create customer lists, track results and maintain reports. * Meet or exceed quotas for sales, deposits, marketing calls and appointments both on and off campus. * Maintain regular contact with all interested prospects and/or family members. * Explain the benefits of residing and receiving care at the Community. * Ensure proper completion, signing, and distribution of admission paperwork * Responsible for assisting with the development, coordination and scheduling of advertising and promotional materials. * Schedule and assist residents with move-ins. * Communicate and coordinate all marketing and move-in information with all appropriate departments. * Responsible for maintenance and frequent updates to LNMR Facebook and other social media accounts. * Responsible for printing weekly/monthly reports from CRM and to meet with Director to review and make recommendations for sales and marketing opportunities.
