Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Provide knowledgeable product information and demonstrations to enhance customer understanding. * Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage inventory. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions. * Maintain a well-organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. * Execute promotional activities and sales strategies to drive store performance. * Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette while interacting with customers. Qualifications * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales tracking. * Experience using POS systems for processing transactions is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Demonstrated ability to supervise others and lead by example when required. * A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
