Overview: Autos Bravos, LLC is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and fully bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at CRM management, and has a proven track record of generating quality leads and driving traffic. They should also possess inventory management skills and be comfortable leveraging Al tools to enhance efficiency and optimize results. Strong negotiation skills with banks and credit unions are essential, along with knowledge of rollover telephone lines to handle high call volumes effectively. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-up: Proactively engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and SMS to drive traffic to the dealership. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to ensure a steady flow of potential buyers. Attract Cash Buyers: Identify and engage with customers interested in purchasing vehicles with cash to maximize quick sales. Engage Vehicle Sellers: Proactively seek out and communicate with individuals looking to sell their vehicles, ensuring a seamless acquisition process for Autos Bravos. * CRM & *Inventory *Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM. Track all customer interactions and follow-up activities to optimize lead conversion. Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure updated and accurate listings across platforms. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to identify and promote high- demand units. * Customer Engagement : \Smile with your voice\ by delivering a friendly, professional, and engaging experience to every customer. Build rapport with leads, addressing questions and guiding them through the initial stages of the buying process. Manage rollover telephone lines efficiently to ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. * Subprime Lending & Negotiations: Understand subprime lenders' requirements and guide customers accordingly. Negotiate effectively with banks and credit unions to secure favorable financing terms for customers. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions for approved applicants. Al Tool Utilization: Use Al-powered tools to enhance lead tracking, automate follow-up tasks, and analyze customer behavior. Identify trends and opportunities through Al insights to improve customer outreach and engagement. Performance Tracking & Goal Setting: Track Key Performance Metrics: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to ensure goals are being met. Analyze conversion rates and adjust strategies to improve results. * Coordinate with Marketing: Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and target high-value leads. Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements. * Multitasking & Attention to Detail: Juggle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor and follow up on all incoming leads to ensure no opportunity is missed. Requirements: Fully bilingual(English & Spanish)-both written and spoken a must * Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, lead generation, or a related field. Experience working with subprime lenders is a plus. Strong communication skills with a positive and engaging demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast- paced , high-volume environment. * Inventory management experience *with a solid understanding of vehicle listings and online platforms. * Familiarity with Al tools to streamline processes and improve lead management. Proficiency with rollover telephone lines to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. Strong negotiation skills with banks and credit unions to secure optimal financing terms.
