Job Description: Responsibilities * Lead contact with existing and new customers. Converse with customers via phone, email, text, job walks or cold calls. * Keep accurate sales records, lead records and files with office tools. * Track daily sales call activities via daily office log. * Experienced in working on Bidnet, Plan Hub and various other estimating tools and software. * Prepares bid estimates and quotes for potential general contractors * Track all bids * Generate estimates for customer contract creation * Coordinate all contracts, budgets and change orders with the President, General Manager or Office Manager to optimize profit margins. * Prepares project budgets * Work with management on bid and quote approval. * Track all bids and quoted work * Creates project scheduling requirements * Coordinates/communicate oversees pre-construction meetings with customers and subcontractors * Reviews and implements schedules with job superintendents * Ensures project materials and resources are delivered to job site in timely manner * Maintains project schedule and budgets to ensure job is being completed in a timely and cost-effective manner; while ensuring customer scheduling needs are being met * Reviews all costs to job weekly and approves subcontractor/vendor billings * Communicates weekly with job superintendent to quickly identify areas of concern and resolve problem situations related to job * Reviews, and creates change orders for any requests from general contractor regarding changes to project and their eventual addition to (or decrease to) overall project cost * Works with customer in applying any additional (or decrease) in cost to project to ensure potential Change Order to customer is understood/accepted * Oversees project completion manages any punch list requirements * Remains in constant contact with customer through construction project to make sure client satisfaction is met Qualifications * Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated construction project experience preferred but not required * Minimum (5) years demonstrated construction, estimating and sales experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel,word and computer * Detail-oriented, motivated and self-driven * Ability to work closely with customers and represent DeAndrea Coring and Sawing, Inc. in a professional manner * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of construction products and best uses * Ability to work within a team. * Concrete experience a plus Benefits:- Include paid time off/sick days- Health Insurance benefits (after 60 days)- 401K matching- Growth opportunities.
