About the Role We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Gilbertsville, PA , working full-time from our office. This is a unique opportunity for a technically minded individual with strong communication skills who wants to grow into a customer-facing sales engineering role over time. In this office-based position , you'll provide daily support to our inside sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams. You'll work on designing flexible metal products, quoting customer requests, and delivering technical assistance. Over time, as you build deep knowledge of our products and the industry, you'll have the opportunity to take on a territory and transition into managing customer relationships directly -- with some travel involved. What You 'll Do * Provide technical and design support to inside sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams. * Quote product assemblies using CAD and ERP tools based on customer specs. * Assist in designing products that meet customer needs and design codes such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, Section VIII, EJMA, and EU PED. * Support cross-functional teams including marketing, purchasing, and quality. * Develop customer relationships through responsive support and technical training. * Grow into managing an assigned sales territory, including key customer accounts and travel. What You 'll Bring * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.). * Strong mathematical and engineering calculation skills. * Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working with customers in a sales or technical support role. * Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. * Experience in metal forming or flexible metal products is a bonus. * SolidWorks software expertise along with experience in stress analysis and flow calculations is a plus. Additional Info * Location: This position is based in Gilbertsville, PA. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work on-site full-time. * Training: Full onboarding and product training will be provided. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular business hours. 8am - 5pm.
