What we will offer you: * Competitive rate of pay of: $18.00 p/h * Daily Pay- Get your money as you earn it * 20% Hudson Employee Discount * 50% Hudson Food and Beverage Discount * PTO * Personal and Parental Leave Programs * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * Company Paid Life Insurance * Employee Recognition Programs * Advancement and Growth Opportunities * On-going Training & Development * Referral Bonus up to $500 This F&B Barista Job Is for You, If You Enjoy: * Preparing beverages according to operational standards * Providing guests with great service * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. * Working at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Your Team is counting on you as an F&B Barista to: * Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidays * Work a full-time schedule F&B Barista's Job Responsibilities: * Work a non-automated espresso machine * Effectively execute standards, recipes and systems * Split tips based on hours * Maintain a clean and neat workstation and equipment; and a complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed. * Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience. * Communicate appropriately with fellow co-workers, treating others fairly and with respect. * Respond positively to feedback and direction given. * Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. * Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time. * Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. * Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation * Take orders at the Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable) * Follow speed of service standards * Serve and communicate with guests * Maintain a guest focused culture * Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers * Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Required Qualifications: * Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment * On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude * Willingness to learn and adapt to change * Guest focused * Standing on feet for long periods of time * Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching * Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) * A minimum of one year, of recent experience working on a non-automated espresso machine * Experience in making specialty drinks Hudson is an Equal Opportunity Employer of all qualified individuals.
