Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent Imterested in assiting with CRM, social media and marketing material while growing our brand and growing valuable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a background in marketing and sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role also involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities: * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance and support. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics. * Negotiate purchase agreements, sales contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions. * Utilize administrative skills for scheduling appointments, conducting open houses, and managing client communications. * Stay updated on property management practices to assist clients effectively. * Leverage multilingual skills to cater to a diverse clientele. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field is preferred. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. * Strong administrative skills for managing documentation and client interactions efficiently. * A valid real estate license is required.
