Assist customers with their vehicle purchases Description Are you a motivated and experienced car salesperson looking for a laid-back, fun, and positive work environment? Driven , a small family-owned dealership in Boise, Idaho, is looking for a high-energy, self-driven sales professional to join our team! What We Offer: 100% Commission-Based Pay - The more you sell, the more you make! Full-Time Schedule - Saturdays required, Sundays off. Health Insurance Available - Eligible after 60 days. A Supportive, Down-to-Earth Work Environment - No corporate nonsense, just good people selling good cars. Your Role: Sell quality pre-owned vehicles from our inventory. Generate and manage your own leads. Follow up with potential buyers. Post and maintain vehicle ads on Facebook Marketplace to attract more leads. Use DealerCenter CRM to track leads and sales. Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Who We 're Looking For: Experienced automotive sales professional - at least 1 year in auto sales preferred. Self-Motivated & Independent - You control your success. Strong Communication Skills - Can build relationships with customers. Tech-Savvy - Able to post ads online and navigate a CRM system.
