Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. You must have an Ohio Real Estate License for this job. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether they are buying, selling, or Investing in properties. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the Real Estate Market, and the ability to effectively market properties. Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, or investing in properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, neighborhood trends, and local real estate regulations. * Choose what part of the job you are good at. We will place you in a team to make the best use of your abilities * Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and open houses. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences while providing timely updates on property status. * Risk management support- expert contract review and compliance services. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using our administrative tools. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions. * Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. Experience * Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and processes is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance communication with a diverse clientele. * A valid Ohio real estate license is required along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
