* Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Should have at least 1 year customer service experience in person, as well as, over the phone * Must have intermediate computer skills * Should have some knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office products and will train the right person * Must be able to work early mornings including Saturday morning * Must be coachable, reliable, responsible, and respectful of our customers and co-workers * Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. * Must be willing to work early mornings and Saturdays * MUST have a flexible work schedule * Must be Bilingual Fluent English and Spanish
