Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and selling HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales. Duties * Develop and manage a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field (preferred but not required). * Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services (preferred). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Basic understanding of HVAC system specifications and functionality. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
