You are more than welcome to stop by our lot at: 7004 W Fairview Ave Boise ID 83704 Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 7PM RESPONSIBILITIES of a Sales Associate: * Approach, greet, and help any customer who enters the lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process REQUIREMENTS: * Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required * Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing * Have quality customer service skills * Possess strong communication skills * Must have a clean & valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Auto Sales: 2 years (Required) * Customer Service: 2 years (Required) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
