We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service while learning about plumbing. * Perform annual inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency * Develop expertise in our maintenance procedures and drive sales by offering customized solutions that address each customer's needs * Identify and resolve issues related to leaks, clogs, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components * Conduct preventive maintenance to mitigate potential problems and extend the lifespan of plumbing systems * Conduct safety inspections of plumbing installations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions * Use testing equipment to evaluate water pressure, flow rates, and quality of water * Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary repairs or upgrades * Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed, in our trade software - Service Titan - training provided! What you need: * Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver's License. * At least 1 year of outside sales experience required * Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Superb customer service skills * E. Dennis may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
