Our Landscape Sales/designer meets with clients, determining what they want, and then creating a landscape design and proposal unique for each client that is within their desired budget. You MUST have experience in this position to be considered. Job Description: * Customer interaction and genuine customer service * The ability to sketch out a drawn design for each client * The ability to create proposals and estimates for each client that ensure profitability * Accountability for overseeing projects and completing projects on time * Willingness to wear more than one hat * Willingness to learn, grow and attend additional training * Supervision of installation teams to ensure production schedule is met * Communication with other team members as needed Basic Qualifications: * Driver's License and clean driving record * Education or experience in construction or landscape design * Plant identification knowledge * Pleasant and professional demeanor * Strong work ethic, ability to be on time and consistent * Must have experience in the Landscape industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Quarterly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: * Atlanta, GA (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Atlanta, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
