Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer service, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, and providing exceptional service to our B2B customers. The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with natural products, namely kratom, and sales experience in the convenience store or counterculture channels. Responsibilities * Actively seek new business opportunities within the convenience store channel, develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients. * Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and virtual presentations showcasing our products and services to potential clients. * Educate potential customers about our kratom products and demonstrate the value of carrying our brands. * Utilize simple software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and analyze performance metrics. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our brand and expand your professional network. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management or direct sales, preferably within a B2B environment. * Willingness to make cold calls and the confidence to close new business. * Sales experience with natural products or within the convenience store or counterculture channels is ideal but not required. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a bonus but not required. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. * Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving targets.
