Technician / Sales Associate At UBREAKIFIX we're the master menders, the resurrectors of tech, the purveyors of device devastation. We would love the opportunity to meet you. Position Role: This role is focused on the repairs / sales operations at our location and previous repair knowledge is not needed. Training will be provided to get you up to speed with troubleshooting and other diagnostic processes to get customers checked in efficiently. We provide commission pay for Home+ enrollments and accessory sales, we are looking for someone capable of taking advantage of this structure. Here are some of the qualities we are looking for: * High Energy * Friendly, Professional, Customer Facing * Comfortable with Sales Goals and Product Offers * Capable of Typing Quickly * Capable of Creative Thinking and Problem Solving Tasks and Responsibilities: * Diagnose & troubleshoot devices to be repaired * Provide recommendations for problem resolution through repair or extended warranty products * Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner * Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers * Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards * Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment * Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor * Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations * Capable of generating sales and gathering positive reviews * Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
