Job Description: NCDG Realty & Property Management is seeking a professional who is holding Real Estate License in state of Ohio and detail-oriented Full-Time Rental Property Field Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling showings, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, property inspections and ensuring the overall upkeep of properties. This role requires flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed, based on scheduled showings and inspections. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and conduct showings for rental properties. * Perform detailed move-in and move-out inspections. * Schedule property inspections for occupied properties. * Maintain property upkeep and reporting. * Utilize computer systems for scheduling and communication. * Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during all interactions. Requirements: * Ohio Real Estate License is required * Active driver's license (required). * Must be professional, articulate, and computer-savvy. * Ability to follow a business casual dress code. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Flexibility to work after 5-6 PM and over weekends if needed. * Willingness to drive extensively across Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati areas. * Real estate license preferred but not required.
