Direct Hire! This position is base salaried + bonus. Ideal candidates will have custom equipment sales and proven leadership abilities. Must be okay with up to 20-25% travel! You will be managing existing clients. In addition, you will be focusing on growing other sales staff and creating detailed plans to generate new business. Their current business is very strong right now and growing! Duties: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth * Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets * Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners * Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet customer needs Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in B2B sales (industrial or conveyor equipment preferred) * Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth * Strong knowledge of custom automated machinery * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * New London, WI 54961 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * New London, WI 54961: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
